In 2011, Matthew J. Wanner Sr. founded First American Industries, Inc. as a mechanical contractor specializing in commercial, educational, and institutional HVAC and Plumbing construction. Since, the company has grown into a multi‐million dollar operation performing additions, renovations, and new construction projects for public agencies and private sector companies in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
